Fa in a foreign place

I’ve been having a hell of a time for the last week and a half living in a foreign place medellín Colombia with all the food and carbohydrates and sugary sweet amazing things they have just sitting on the streets in the restaurants. I’ve eaten bad things, probably three or four of the days but be abstinate. I’ve been struggling today. I had an abstinent meal and I’m proud of myself. I’m going to try to cook at home. I’m boiling and buying food from their supermercado which is called exito.
