Bid

i got it. I got what I wanted now let’s make it magical.

I’m following up on this months after I wrote it. This was about a time of my life when I bid on a condo in Midtown in Dallas. The place was $99,000 and I ended up wanting to bid on it for 85,000 but was required to bid 97.5 thousand on this condo. I did it and I won the bid.. I then realized that the place that the place had roaches and I had an inspection done on it and it needed so much that even I didn’t notice when I did a walkthrough of the place. Nor did my realtor. The inspection was the best $500 I’ve ever spent in my life. And I had the opportunity to back out of the bed. I backed out of this bid. and now I’m looking further into a place in many in Columbia where I’ll have to pay cash as well.
